1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation & Security
To make full use of jk88's services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. jk88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
During registration, you may be required to submit a valid identification document for identity verification purposes. This process is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed. jk88 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any account that fails to meet identity verification requirements.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the jk88 support team immediately through the official channels available on the platform.
3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
Users agree to use the jk88 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, illegal activities, or any conduct that may cause harm to jk88 or other users is strictly prohibited.
Specifically Prohibited Conduct
- Using automated software or methods to access, scrape, or collect data from the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the platform's security features.
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with a third party.
- Registering multiple accounts or providing false information during registration.
- Taking any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or other users' experience.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner inconsistent with the stated terms and conditions.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, account balance freezing, and where necessary, legal action against the user involved.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the jk88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via a range of local payment methods, including FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, and GrabPay. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same user's name. jk88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times range from one to twenty-four hours depending on the chosen method and current request volume.
Jk88 reserves the right to hold or delay any transaction suspected of fraud or of breaching the terms of use, pending an internal investigation. For any transaction disputes, users are required to contact the support team within thirty days of the transaction date.
Any taxes, charges, or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions during the payment process are solely the user's responsibility and will not be covered by jk88.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Jk88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or technical failures. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions or errors.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jk88 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, interface designs, and software — is the exclusive property of jk88 and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jk88.
Third-Party Links
The jk88 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. jk88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access any third-party websites at their own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those respective sites.
Account Suspension and Closure
Jk88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms of use violation, fraudulent activity, hacking attempts, or any activity that threatens the security of the platform or other users. In such cases, any valid account balance may be reclaimed by the user, subject to an investigation confirming that no violation has occurred.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Users will be informed of material changes via a notice posted on the platform or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts.
